Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Sr. Systems Software Engineer to work on platform software based on open-source container runtimes and Kubernetes technologies.

You'll help enable GPUs as first-class resources in container orchestrators and join the core team advancing Cloud Native tech for NVIDIA accelerators in the k8s environment. The role requires strong Go and C skills, Linux internals experience, and a track record in distributed systems.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expert level knowledge in Go and C; solid DS/algorithms.
• Strong Kubernetes and container technology knowledge.
• Experience with Linux system internals.
• Cloud computing and distributed software design experience.

Responsibilities

• Join a small, dynamic team to explore ways to simplify GPU-accelerated development, deployment and monitoring.
• Enabling GPUs as first-class resources in container orchestrators like Kubernetes.
• Contribute to core Cloud Native technologies for NVIDIA accelerators in k8s.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across NVIDIA to ensure seamless integration.
• Multitask across tracks to address evolving priorities.
