Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Colorado is seeking a Program Execution Manager to lead a team of 5–8 engineers developing CONOPS, designs, and technology insertion plans for current and future PNT systems, and to drive customer-funded capability insertions with GPS chief engineering.

You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, partner with GPS SEIT and related teams to align plans with GPS IIIF production, and lead ROM estimates and RFP efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• Interim Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 10+ years of technical and leadership experience in systems engineering and integrated hardware/software.
• Experience in strategy development and technology insertion programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–8 engineers developing CONOPS and technology insertion plans for PNT systems.
• Drive execution of customer funded capability insertions with GPS chief engineering and SMEs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of technology insertions.
• Coordinate with GPS SEIT, Bus, Payload, and ATLO to align plans with production schedules.
• Represent LM with DoW/DoT/DoE on technology insertion efforts.
