Job summary

ACQCENTRIC INC in Huntsville, AL seeks a senior technical analyst to support MDA’s Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate. You will work within a multi-discipline team to develop options for improving radar discrimination and electronic protection in the Missile Defense System.

The role requires a Master's in a STEM field with 12+ years of experience and active Secret clearance, with the ability to qualify for Top Secret/SCI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a STEM field with at least 12 years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance required; ability to qualify for Top Secret/SCI.
• Experience in radar signal processing, systems engineering analysis, and risk analysis.
• Experience in electronic attack/protection modeling and technology maturation planning.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
• Provide technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA’s Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
• Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities

Requirements

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 12 years of experience
• Minimum Active Secret clearance required
• Ability to quickly qualify for an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance if you do not possess one
• Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, object classification and electronic protection
• Experience in systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules
• Experience in conducting technical performance assessments and resulting risk analysis and mitigation development
• Experience in electronic attack/protection modeling development to support analysis and requirements development
• Experience in developing technology maturation plans to transfer potential technologies to program offices
