Job summary

CEdge Inc is seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA. The role involves leading multi-discipline teams in requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and integration across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies, with a focus on GEOINT.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance; experience with DoD/IC acquisition processes and large System of Systems is essential. You will mentor senior to junior engineers and coordinate across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
18+ years in DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, PPBES or large System of Systems.
Experience with systems engineering lifecycle and NSG/ASG knowledge.
TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements and solutions engineering across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
Plan and analyze requirements traceability and architectures across cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid infra.
Advise on changes to solution designs based on requirements and new tech.
Lead AoAs, COAs, and Engineering Assessments with cross‑agency coordination.
Oversee senior to junior contractor Systems Engineers.
