Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems engineering or related technical roles.
• Experience with embedded systems, controls, or industrial automation.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and collaborate globally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level design, integration, and validation across product lines.
• Define system architecture, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, manufacturing, and production launches.
• Drive root cause analysis to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including design reviews and test plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and ESAB EBX.
