Qualifications

• Hands‑on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience of complex robotic systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering fields.
• Experience with automated test scripts and common language (Python/MATLAB).
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication, and travel up to 25%.
• Hands‑on prototyping and building complex robotic systems.
• Familiarity with IP‑based networks and mission systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for end‑to‑end solutions with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting functional and performance needs.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging for reliability, scalability, and resilience of software.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for seamless software/hardware integration.
• Define and document software engineering processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
