Qualifications

• Experience as a technical systems engineer.
• Hands-on aerospace/defense hardware experience.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle: requirements, design, integration, verification and validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Apply robust systems engineering practices to projects.
• Use Jira for sprint planning and execution.
• Develop and flow down system requirements; ensure vendor compliance.
• Perform requirements decomposition and traceability.
• Create and maintain Requirements Compliance & Verification matrices.
• Support MBSE analyses and system studies.
