Competency with virtualization technologies.
Expert understanding of networking protocols.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Windows and Linux servers and workstations.
Implement enterprise-level services including database operations.
Harden systems for availability, integrity, and confidentiality.
Conduct site surveys for equipment installations.
Monitor overall system health and suggest upgrades.
Provide on-site technical support for telecommunications equipment.
Review SIEM alerts related to system status.
Troubleshoot end-user problems.
Mentor IT personnel.
