The candidate should have DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in a STEM field, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 10+ years in systems engineering or Army acquisition/program integration.
• Experience with Army PEOs or acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and integration support for Army environments.
• Assess technical feasibility with units, program offices, and industry partners.
• Support transition of technologies into fielded Army systems.
• Create technical documentation including SEMP, ICDs, and integration assessments.
• Engage with industry partners to evaluate emerging technologies for G-TEAD.
• Prepare briefs and technical documents for senior leadership decisions.
• Represent G-TEAD at working groups, IPTs, and program reviews.
