Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead display programs across hardware, software, and optics teams, delivering high‑impact cockpit display solutions for next‑generation aircraft.

You will guide cross‑functional engineers through concept, design, and certification, ensuring regulatory compliance and design quality while shaping cost and schedule to meet program needs in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

• Proven technical experience in aerospace product development and small project management.
• Working knowledge of avionics regulations and certification standards including TSO, DO 160, DO 254, and DO 178B/C.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
