Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering LLC in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the GRIF GRIFFON program and SoSI contract. You will co-lead digital tools demonstrations and help develop a digital engineering master plan, including MBSE and digital twins, to reduce risk in system verification activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience with digital engineering and risk reduction.
• MILSATCOM experience including AEHF or equivalent.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and demonstration of digital tools for GRIFFON tasks during prototype period.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams to define system requirements, design and integration solutions.
• Decompose requirements from the ESS system design into element specifications using DOORS and system tracing.
• Provide SE support for NC3 mission, protected SATCOM, XDR waveform, or AEHF user terminal.
• Identify and analyze key system-level trades to define ESS top-level architecture.
• Plan and implement test, analysis and integration campaigns to verify interfaces.
• Assess cost, schedule, and performance impacts of changes to the baseline.
• Develop and coordinate a system requirements verification and sign-off plan.
• Work with MBSE and other digital engineering tools to support the program.
