Job summary

Esri in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer with strong Cyber Security credentials to join a DEVOPS-focused team and solve complex IT challenges.

You will design, build, and maintain information systems across Windows and Linux, lead project efforts, and create thorough technical documentation.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, hands-on risk management, and experience with NIST controls; Esri offers competitive rewards and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical, service-oriented IT experience.
• Active USG TS SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience with ICD 503, NIST 800-53r4/5 controls, NIST 800-171R2, NIST RMF, NISPOM 8, DCSA DAAPM 2.2.
• Experience performing vulnerability scanning, audits, and IT security program management.
• Extensive experience with USG Assessment and Authorization processes.
• Ability to operate Windows and Linux environments and resolve cross-OS issues.
• Strong documentation and written proposals ability.

• Provides technical expertise to design, build, configure, and maintain information systems.
• Support systems engineering activities in Windows and Linux environments.
• Make recommendations based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
