This is an exciting role in an innovative company. The ideal candidate for the Senior Systems Engineer position is someone who has experience with full lifecycle system development. In this role, you will work closely with a talented engineering team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and part of Systems team. This role is a multidisciplinary role, with significant breadth (interacting with all engineering disciplines) and depth (from customer needs to unit-level specifications). You will focus on typical Systems Engineering responsibilities, such as requirements definition & management (at system, subsystem, and component levels), system architecture, system analysis, change management, interface definition, etc. Additionally, this role is a key stakeholder in integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) planning and execution to ensure products meet requirements. As much as possible, a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach is employed to make Systems Engineering processes more thorough and efficient.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$129,700—$158,400 USD
