Job summary

Elevate Ventures is seeking a Systems Engineer IV in Washington, DC. This position serves as a principal technical leader for complex systems engineering efforts and drives end-to-end activities across requirements, architecture, integration, and verification. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of systems engineering experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. This role is contingent upon award expected in 3-6 months.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large defense-system engineering efforts across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in risk management and verification planning.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or clearable to that level) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a principal technical leader for complex systems in NAVSEA Program Office Support.
• Drive end-to-end systems engineering activities including requirements and architecture.
• Ensure mission solutions are technically sound and executable.
