Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking an experienced engineer to drive technology development and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in Ohio. Responsibilities include design, analysis, and documentation of products and subsystems, with emphasis on meeting time and budget constraints.

The role requires at least 8 years in engineering, a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and the ability to mentor others. Proficiency in Power BI dashboards is preferred, along with strong communication with

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge.
Experience or Working Knowledge and Understanding of Microsoft Power BI and Dashboards is preferred

Responsibilities

Drive technology and ensure completion of activity on time and budget.
Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems.
Mentor and coach other engineers; review customer specifications and requirements and develop designs, including cost as a key variable.
Provide budget, cost and schedule input for design assignments.
Document component and subsystem specifications and material requirements.
Communicate clearly with manufacturing, supply chain, program management and customers as required.
Interact with management, professionals, technicians and support personnel to coordinate technical activities and progress.
