Job summary

SITE 525 is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Cybertropolis Technology Environment Platform (CTEP) at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The role involves maintaining enterprise systems, networking, and security across a DoD-focused environment, with potential travel within CONUS and a 40-hour work week.

Ideal candidates hold TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570.1M IAT Level 2 cert, and a technical degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Experience engineering and administering Windows and Linux enterprise systems.
DoD 8570.1M IAT Level-2 or higher certifications required or attainable.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent network ops experience.
Ability to obtain interim Top Secret clearance within 30 days and active TS/SCI clearance.
Experience with diverse tech including IoT, ICS, RF, cellular systems.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and restore hardware, OS, apps, and software including patches and backups.
Engineer and configure networks: routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, AD, VPNs, VLANs, SANs.
Collaborate to tackle complex infrastructure, security, or development problems.
Participate in architecture and software development activities.
Provide Tier 2 engineering support for customer events as required.
Work in a flexible, ambiguous environment across multiple areas.
