This position will lead cross-functional engineering teams, partner with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with program goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TSSCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• Experience applying System Engineering V in large Agile programs (ACAT 1, II, III).
• Expertise in MBSE, SysML, and model-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver C2 and weapons systems solutions.
• Oversee systems engineering lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, sustainment.
• Perform trade studies, risk assessments, and modeling to support decisions.
• Collaborate with government customers and stakeholders to align objectives with mission goals.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes, standards, and security IAW with SE plan.
• Produce technical documentation, including interface control documents and test plans.
• Act as primary technical contact for government customers and vendors.
• Work within an Agile framework.
