Job Description

In this role, you will work with designing, developing, and integrating technology patterns that are focused on technology stacks brought to our client through Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This role will provide day‑to‑day solution architecture strategic assessments, guidance, and operational assistance to the M&A Integrations (MAI) team in the development of sustainable technology answers for newly acquired agencies.

Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure Design

Architect and integrate AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑premise systems to support a smooth transition and compatibility across client's infrastructure.

Leverage IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation) to standardize deployment, minimize manual configurations, and ensure rapid onboarding of acquired infrastructures.

Active Directory and Identity Management

Implement and maintain Active Directory (AD DS), Azure AD, and Entra ID configurations to ensure unified identity management across multiple acquisitions.

Manage IAM policies and access controls across multi‑cloud environments, optimizing security and scalability for incoming user and service accounts.

Cloud Migration and Legacy Modernization

Design migration strategies for legacy data centers and applications, including planning, lift‑and‑shift, re‑platforming, or retiring old systems post‑M&A.

Hands‑on experience with VMware and Hyper‑V for on‑prem virtualization, integrating with cloud platforms for a seamless hybrid setup.

Operational Support and Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve technical issues related to networking, storage, authentication, and integration for acquired systems.

Skilled in diagnosing performance bottlenecks and compatibility issues within complex, multi‑tenant, and multi‑cloud architectures.

CI/CD and DevOps Automation

Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to automate deployments and streamline code integrations for hybrid cloud environments.

Configure and optimize DevOps pipelines for incoming workloads, ensuring minimal disruption to continuous deployment cycles and release schedules.

Disaster Recovery and Backup Solutions

Design, deploy, and manage backup and restore processes (Azure Backup, AWS Backup), ensuring continuity and compliance for critical systems.

Familiarity with Site Recovery Manager (SRM), object‑level restores, and disaster recovery setups across multi‑cloud and on‑premise setups.

Technical Documentation and Stakeholder Communication

Document integration processes, architectural designs, and M&A onboarding steps to maintain clarity and provide actionable insights for operational teams.

Regularly communicate with Enterprise Architecture and MAI stakeholders to ensure alignment with client’s architectural standards and business goals.
