Job summary

Radial Solutions Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide technical, engineering, and programmatic support for APKWS on the DIAMNDSS III contract.

You will coordinate across military branches, industry partners, and munitions facilities, managing development, qualification, production, and testing activities for APKWS. Required: a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of Systems Engineering experience, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of System Engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Prox Fuze support to include qualification of Navy Dual Safe.
• Coordinate with L3 on Single Safe Prox Fuse engineering and supply issues.
• Support U.S. Navy and Air Force interactions.
• Support US Navy APKWS Configuration Control Boards.
• Coordinate with Tri-Service and AvMC S&T on APKWS future developments.
• Coordinate with safety community for required documentation for shipping/storage and materiel release for new APKWS variants.
• Support program offices for APKWS-based systems including EAGLS/VAMPIRE/CWS-A.
• Coordinate Army APKWS load, assembly, and pack with Letterkenny Munitions Center for all variants.
• Support weapon system Stockpile Reliability Testing.
• Monitor XM650 container qualifications.
