Job summary

Dell is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with Electrical Engineering experience to support AI infrastructure deployment, repair center operations, and product development initiatives. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams responsible for servers, storage, GPU, and AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong systems engineering expertise with a deep understanding of electrical components and hardware systems, and will travel periodically to support customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced engineering environments
• Experience supporting customer-facing deployments preferred
• Familiarity with Dell infrastructure platforms is highly desirable
• Ability to troubleshoot at the system and component level
• Mechanical engineering exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and sustainment of advanced server, storage, and AI infrastructure solutions
• Troubleshoot hardware and electrical issues across complex systems
• Collaborate with engineering and deployment teams to support customer implementations
• Assist with hardware validation, repair, and integration activities
• Work directly with product development teams to improve deployment readiness and operational efficiency
• Provide technical support for ongoing customer and data center initiatives
• Travel periodically as required
