Job summary

Motion Recruitment in the United States is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a 15-month engagement in Oro Valley, AZ. The role emphasizes design principles, complex system integration, and support across design reviews, development testing, and manufacturing processes.

You will generate design concepts, perform reliability and DoE testing, analyze system interactions, and produce technical reports while collaborating with engineering and development teams.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred)
• 8 years of experience
• Experience in a FDA or FAA regulated environment is a strong plus; Medical device industry is ideal

• TMV, DoE, data analysis (python coding capability)
• Digital outputs of a sensor and analyze the data Test bed development
• Troubleshooting skills
• Developing comprehensive testing plans.
• Executing hands-on testing protocols.
• Authoring detailed technical reports.
• Managing the defect lifecycle (collection, documentation, and summarization for our development partner)

Job Duration: 15 months of possible extension

Job Summary

• Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.
• General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.
• Makes independent decisions.
• Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.
