We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to take full ownership of our AWS EKS Kubernetes platform and the open source ecosystem that powers it. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role — you'll be the go‑to expert for cluster reliability, observability, GitOps automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to ensure our platform is resilient, secure, and continuously improving.
This isn't a ticket‑queue operations role. We want someone who thinks architecturally, automates relentlessly, and raises the bar for how we build and run infrastructure.
Must be open to working a hybrid schedule; in our office is in Seattle.

Xealth offers a multi‑tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package would include a base salary, bonus, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. The base salary compensation range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000, depending on geographic market.
