  • Lead resolution of complex cross-team issues involving requirements, dependencies, interfaces, integration, or mission alignment.
  • Support system architecture thinking, technical roadmaps, and program tradeoff decisions.
  • Maintain alignment across software, test, integration, and program teams to support successful delivery.
  • Identify technical risks, communicate tradeoffs, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and technical leads across the team.
  • Support technical shaping and evolving program needs through strong awareness of customer priorities, mission requirements, and execution risk.
  • Contribute to mission-focused execution in secure, customer-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant STEM field.

  • Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, decomposition, interface definition, integration, verification, and technical planning.
  • Experience with requirements management, technical baselines, traceability, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
