In this role, you will help uncover and understand information within SIGINT and cybersecurity systems to support the exploitation of digital networks. You will work alongside technical experts and mission partners to turn complex information into operational value, using specialized tools, sharp analysis, and adaptive tradecraft to move the CNO mission forward.

Here’s What Your Day‑to‑Day Could Include
- Conduct in-depth target analysis and research
- Develop innovative tradecraft, exploitation techniques, and concepts of operation
- Work closely with operators and partners to analyze and process intelligence information
- Adapt quickly to new information, changing conditions, and unexpected obstacles
- Identify bespoke problems and provide technical assistance across a variety of technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
- 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree
- Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Required Skills
- Prior Exploitation Analyst experience
- Experience with mapping physical and logical target networks and identifying vulnerabilities
- Ability to identify and communicate computer and telecommunications network elements
- Knowledge of computer security principles, vulnerability analysis, and exploitation methods
- Deep knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods for network connectivity, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and SSL
- Understanding of the methods, strategies, and techniques related to target development
Desired Skills
- Prior CNO experience
- Relevant experience in information security, network design, programming, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and or computer forensics
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and Python scripting
- Hands‑on experience with XKS, DX, and other internal tradecraft
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems architecture
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation Range
$182,000.00 - $233,000.00
