Ellucian's IT Operations at Tougaloo College Office of Information Technology is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead application work for a higher-education environment. You will partner with end users to optimize business processes and enable efficient technology usage across the organization.

This role emphasizes hands-on expertise with Office 365, Exchange, AD/Entra ID, and ERP-related troubleshooting, with potential on-call rotation and occasional odd hours to support maintenance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT corporate experience, with at least 3 years as an enterprise-level Messaging Engineer working with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 Exchange Online.
• At least 4 years of experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Proven ability to manage communications and expectations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create functional specifications and test plans for deliverables.
• Bridge knowledge gap between OIT and business units; coordinate with remote consultants.
• Provide business process improvement recommendations and promote best practices.
• Handle complex projects or operational tasks and ensure timely delivery with stakeholders.
• Manage on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production systems.
• Train end users or support staff to use and support programs.
