Qualifications

  • Experience administering Windows and Linux server environments across physical, virtualised, and cloud‑hosted platforms.
  • Experience supporting AWS, Azure, Hyper‑V, and physical datacenter‑hosted workloads.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience participating in CI/CD workflows for infrastructure, configuration, automation, or application support.
  • Experience with PowerShell, automation scripting, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration, Group Policy, security groups, delegation, access automation, and identity‑integrated services.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance Windows, Linux, cloud, and infrastructure platforms powering critical services.
  • Manage lifecycle of infrastructure, platforms and systems across on‑premises and cloud environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize services to maintain high quality user experience.
  • Participate in CI/CD and structured deployment practices to test and release changes.
  • Develop operational dashboards and workflows to increase visibility and decision-making.
