Base pay range

$131,040.00/yr - $189,280.00/yr

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a large Federal agency with a wide-ranging technical support initiative.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Manage the archiving of Relativity databases, develop workflows for identifying, archiving, and deleting materials according to policies and regulations.
  • Report to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
  • Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements and technical approaches.
  • Design and implement systems based on gathered requirements.
  • Perform technical support, including program validation and testing, on smaller projects.
  • Conduct system evaluations and present findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel, and cost estimates.
  • Report on progress and ensure work quality and timeliness.
  • Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive Relativity experience, including creating ARM workflows.
  • Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
  • At least five years of hands-on experience with relevant systems.
  • Broad knowledge of government IT environments and databases.
  • Experience in litigation support is highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills required.
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Leadership ability, system design skills, and understanding of attorneys' needs are essential.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Ideally, you will have:
  • Relativity Certified Administrator or Infrastructure Specialist Certification.
