Job summary

Rifle Paper Co. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance while partnering with the business to drive operational excellence.

The role supports Winter Park, FL or NYC offices or remote work within eligible states. You will design, implement, and manage cloud and on‑prem systems, including AWS, Azure, Windows Server, AD/AD‑DS, and Microsoft 365, with strong networking and security focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure, distributed systems, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, wireless networking, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting, systems analysis, and problem-solving skills for complex infrastructure and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and support secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Manage AWS and Azure environments, Windows Server, Active Directory/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and documentation.
• Develop infrastructure documentation, standards, and knowledge resources; implement automation and monitoring.
