Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and identity platforms (Okta).
• Experience managing virtualized server environments (VMs).
• Experience with endpoint management and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, endpoint management tools, and Cloudflare ZTNA.
• Manage and maintain virtual server environments, including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Support identity and access management, including MFA, conditional access, and device compliance.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, application deployment, and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
• Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Partner with internal teams to support business applications, integrations, and technology initiatives.
• Develop documentation, processes, and best practices to improve IT operations.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to systems, tools, and infrastructure.

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join a growing technology-focused organization in the broadband/internet services industry. This is a hands‑on role focused on enterprise systems administration, Microsoft 365, Intune, identity management, endpoint management, and virtualized server environments.

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently own projects, troubleshoot complex issues, improve systems, and partner with internal teams to build scalable IT solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and administer enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, endpoint management tools, and Cloudflare ZTNA
• Manage and maintain virtual server environments, including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring
• Support identity and access management, including MFA, conditional access, and device compliance

• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and drive solutions

Nice to Have:

• Cloudflare ZTNA experience
• Experience with SIEM/security monitoring tools
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and system integrations
