Riverstone is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This is an onsite position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
• Provides support to IT systems including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• Ten (10) years' experience as Systems Administrator including Linux, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher is required.

Security Clearance Requirement

• Current/Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00–$175,000.00. Differentiating factors may impact final salary/hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
