Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a System Test Engineer to join the test solutions group in Santa Clara, CA, driving manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter products. You will apply HW and SW expertise to extend test coverage and automation.

You'll collaborate with contract manufacturers, travel to factories as needed, and help define test strategies for new features, while debugging complex issues and contributing to automated diagnostic infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
• Experience with manufacturing test programs at platform level.
• Experience with Datacenter Platforms.
• Background with Python programming and bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter System products.
• Work closely with Contract Manufacturers, including occasional travel to their factories.
• Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.
• Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
• Review and provide feedback for DFT in the early design stages.
• Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.
• Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
