Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance on Day 1 and clearance verified for proposal readiness.
• U.S. passport valid with at least 18 months remaining on Day 1; passport copy required.
• Experience with military health IT, TMIP-J, DAF baseline images, analytics dashboards, and testing.
• Deployment management experience (SPOT) and managing DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS AORs.
• Day 1 availability and willingness to sign a Letter of Commitment with limited substitutions.
• Ability to meet location and travel requirements per DoDM 8140.03 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and sustain military health IT systems and enterprise network nodes.
• Support OCONUS theater mobilization and implement, configure, and sustain TMIP-J applications.
• Work with DAF standard server and workstation baseline images.
• Support medical waivers workflow systems and enterprise medical analytics dashboards.
• Support integrated IM/IT testing in physical and virtual environments.
