Job summary
Colonial Staffing Group Inc. is seeking experienced MBSE and Digital Engineering professionals to support complex defense, aerospace, space, and government programs. You’ll work with a team of MBSE experts to provide innovative solutions to commercial and military clients nationwide.
The role requires active clearance or eligibility, a BA/BS in a technical field, and 3–8+ years of MBSE/digital engineering experience. Roles span Destin, Dayton, St. Louis with location-specific clearances.
Qualifications
- Active clearance or eligibility required for location/program.
- BA/BS in a technical field is mandatory.
- 3–8+ years MBSE, digital engineering or systems architecture experience.
- Experience with defense, aerospace, space, or DOE programs preferred.
- Familiarity with UAF/UPDM/MOSA Digital Thread, Syndeia or eQube is a plus.

- Systems architecture development and modeling.
- Requirements development, management, and traceability.
- SysML modeling, architecture views, and system relationships.
- Systems integration, verification, and validation.
- Test & Evaluation and technical design reviews.
