As the first technical hire on a newly formed engineering team, you\'ll establish the system architecture, influence key technology decisions, and help define the engineering organization that brings the platform to life.

What You\'ll Do

• Define the end-to-end architecture for a complex multidisciplinary product platform.
• Drive system integration across electrical, mechanical, optical, embedded, and software engineering.
• Establish system requirements, interfaces, and technical frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make key architectural decisions.
• Lead technical trade-off decisions while balancing performance, manufacturability, scalability, and reliability.
• Guide products from concept through development and into production while providing technical leadership across engineering teams.

What We\'re Looking For
