Job summary

Constellation West is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer at Peterson AFB, CO to lead system certification and evaluation activities. You will coordinate with government CORs and test teams, oversee documentation, and drive Technical Performance Evaluations for space program systems.

Required are 10+ years of domain experience, testing and certification with TS/SCI access. Expect periodic travel and direct engagement with government stakeholders in a dynamic mission environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience with covered systems as identified by the PWS.
• Extensive experience in testing, analyzing, planning, operations, analytical studies, or systems development related to military space programs, simulations, and systems.
• TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI access; must have TS/SCI when required to work at classified facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review development and test plans, procedures, requirements, deficiency reports and simulations for impacts on system integrity and certification.
• Support test preparation, meetings, and evaluation of test methods, scenarios, simulations, and data collection requirements.
• Assist certification test execution, data collection, quality control, analysis, and identification of deficiencies.
• Coordinate certification activities, including design/test reviews, certification status tracking, reports, and documentation.
• Plan and execute Technical Performance Evaluations (TPEs) and develop procedures, exercise support requests, and data-collection checklists.
• Analyze end-to-end technical performance, document findings, and prepare reports and briefings.
• Travel as required to support testing, meetings, and evaluations.
• Serve as primary POC to COR for contract administration and correspondence.
• Organize cross-team activities and manage daily contract support.
• Provide weekly activity reports with effort, recommendations, and highlights.
