Job summary

Infineon Technologies is seeking a Principal System Application Engineer on our Marketing team in San Jose, CA. You will enable design-in for our products, transform them into cutting-edge designs, and build long-lasting customer partnerships.

Responsibilities include leading pre-sales support, feeding back field insights, collaborating on system-level demos and PoCs, and creating technical marketing content for Consumer Wearables. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MPU/MCU and Wi-Fi/BLE domains.
• Strong knowledge of mixed-signal and analog systems.
• Ability to distill complex system information into block-level requirements.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide inclusive pre-sales technical support to accelerate design-in activity.
• Own the application marketing feedback loop from field to organization with up-to-date customer insights.
• Collaborate with System Architect to define demos, reference designs, PoCs, MVPs.
• Develop and deliver technical marketing content for Consumer Wearables.
• Track trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
• Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to Infineon locations and events.
