Job summary

Harba Solutions Inc. in Missouri seeks an IT applications specialist to support manufacturing operations and ERP systems, collaborating with production, quality, and supply chain teams.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions, coordinating with IT and external vendors to maintain GMP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5+ years supporting business applications, manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, or related IT systems.
• Experience with manufacturing operations and an ERP or manufacturing management system; Infor XA/MAPICS preferred.
• Experience with IBM i/AS400, RPG, RPGLE, SQL or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Understanding GMP, GxP, FDA, validation, or other regulated-industry requirements.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors or application support providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience supporting business applications, manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, or related IT systems.
• Experience working directly with manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience with an ERP or manufacturing management system; Infor XA/MAPICS is strongly preferred.
• Experience with IBM i/AS400, RPG, RPGLE, SQL, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Understanding of GMP, GxP, FDA, validation, or other regulated-industry requirements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with the ability to investigate complex system issues.
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party software vendors or application support providers.
