Job summary

KOAM Engineering Systems (KES) is seeking a System Administrator II to support the MD ATE Network Operations Center. You will administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, file services, and virtualization, while coordinating with cybersecurity and network teams to diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues that affect test events.

The role requires strong troubleshooting across system and network boundaries, experience with Wireshark, and adherence to DISA STIGs and ACAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent military/technical experience.
• Security+ (DoD IAT Level II) or ability to obtain within three months.
• U.S. Government DoD secret-level clearance/eligibility required; favorable adjudication and citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Learn end-to-end MD ATE test architectures, interfaces, dependencies, data flows, and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on technical support for pre-, during, and post-test activities to identify and resolve system/connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot across connectivity, OS, virtualization, firewalls, and application services within the test architecture.
