Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior System Administrator for our Colorado Springs office. The role requires managing IT infrastructure and deploying secure systems in DoD environments with SCI eligibility and TS clearance.

Responsibilities include system builds, documentation, and coordinating with government leadership. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential in a fast‑paced government contracting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint and DCO.
• U.S. citizen with TS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform system builds, security hardening, and deployment across multiple DoD environments and classification levels.
• Work in SCI/SAP environments; understand SCIF processes.
• Apply networking concepts involving firewalls and routers.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Communicate with government leadership and brief stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain infrastructure performance and availability.
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and brief government leadership.
