Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering DoD or government networks and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex serial and IP-based communications systems.
• Knowledge of system design, testing, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and assist personnel in troubleshooting and repair of serial and IP-based communications systems and networks.
• Assist government personnel in maintaining configuration control of current architectures.
• Participate in Computer and Communications Systems Engineering Reviews and provide technical representation at meetings as required.
• Test, maintain, and coordinate installation of computer programs and systems.
• Assess usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to user environments.
• Coordinate and link computer systems to increase information sharing.
