Platform / Stack: You will work with technologies that include MacOS, WindowsOS, Okta, and AWS.

What You'll Do As a Systems Administrator:

Primary support of the firm’s employees and equipment in the New York Office, and remote support for the London office.
Active member of a collaborative global IT team which provides support for firmwide projects and initiatives.
Work directly with employees on any technical issues.
Interact with cross functional teams to determine their needs and to develop or collaborate with the IT team to develop plans for improving delivery of technology services to address any issues.
Present oral and written updates defining plans, problems, and resolutions to employees and IT team.
Set and meet realistic deadlines. Forecast changes and communicate current and projected issues.
This role will be a key member and resource of the IT team with exposure to a variety of teams technologies and projects.
