Job summary

A leading technology company in South Carolina is seeking a skilled Unix/Windows System Administrator to manage and troubleshoot multiple systems, both physical and virtual. Candidates must have at least an Associate’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience in Unix/Linux as well as Windows administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Powershell scripting is vital. Good communication skills are essential, and candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience with Sun Solaris & Unix/Linux administration.
• 3-5 years of Database administration of Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and Informix.

• Manage multiple Unix and Windows systems in both a physical and VM environment.
