Job summary

A leading surveying firm is seeking a skilled Survey Project Manager for its Phoenix or Mesa office. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in Arizona with over 10 years of experience in land surveying and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience.
• Deep knowledge of Public Land Survey System (PLSS).
• Knowledge of Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and support team members.
• Ensure quality control is maintained throughout all project phases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
