Qualifications

• Licensure as a Professional Surveyor (PS) in Ohio.
• Minimum 5+ years of land surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, ALTA standards, and right-of-way surveying.
• Experience preparing and reviewing subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits.
• Proficiency with survey software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for assigned surveying projects, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and right-of-way plans.
• Prepare and manage project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and our engineering staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for field and office survey staff.
• Provide professional QA/QC review prior to project delivery.
• Mentor and develop survey staff on technical standards and quality expectations.
