Artheon is seeking a senior Program Manager - Surveyor to lead our land surveying practice in Albany, NY. The role focuses on technical leadership, regulatory compliance, and delivery excellence across multiple offices.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, develop SOPs, and drive QA/QC programs while partnering with project managers and engineers to ensure profitable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PLS license required; New York licensure required; multistate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and leadership for land surveying projects from proposal through final deliverables.
• Review plats, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, construction surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead QA/QC by reviewing deliverables and driving corrective actions.
