Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Survey Manager with a minimum 10 years of survey experience, including at least 5 years as lead project surveyor or project manager on diverse land surveying projects. RPLS candidates are preferred.

The successful candidate will prepare scope, budgets, proposals, coordinate schedules, lead project reviews, supervise staff, ensure QA/QC, and maintain client relationships while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying/Geomatics or related field.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring surveying projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scope of services, detailed project budget and contract for review and approval.
• Coordinate project scheduling and kickoff/interim meetings.
• Ensure completion of each project on time and on budget.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules throughout the project life.
• Lead formal project reviews and QA/QC reviews.
