Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Surgical Technologist to provide patient care within scope of practice and participate in standby and on-call schedules. This role supports perioperative teams and adheres to safety and quality standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, Washington registration, BLS, CST certification, and optional prior acute care experience. Providence offers comprehensive benefits and a culture of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology.
• Upon hire: Washington Surgical Technologist Registration.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
• Upon hire: Tech in Surgery - Certified - National Center for Competency Testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care facility.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
