Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Surgical Technology program graduate or equivalent accepted.
• Licensure: CST, CST-CFA, SA-C with 3 years CST experience in all specialties.
• Experience: 3+ years in the operating room including scrubbing and first assisting.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub tech/First Assistant duties for surgical cases and assists RN and surgeon.
• Demonstrates knowledge of aseptic techniques and instrumentation.
• Provides tissue retraction, hemostasis, and wound closure as directed by surgeon.
