Qualifications

• Three years hospital or physician office scheduling experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical cases for the surgical suites at both South Meadows and Regional campuses.
• Coordinate with surgeons and office staff to ensure timely case building and optimization of OR utilization.
• Report on FCOS, block time utilization, and release times to the Business Manager for Surgical Services.
