Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Analyst III (Surge) to provide senior-level surge capacity for S&T program management and financial analysis as directed by the Government Business Financial Manager. The role includes strategic and technical program support, financial planning and analysis, and coordination with stakeholders.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 10 years of related experience in DoD/DON settings.

Qualifications

• Must analyze complex information and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Experience liaising with senior military, government, and civilian personnel.
• Familiarity with DoD/DON budget cycle (POM) and federal regs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior surge capacity for S&T program management and financial analysis as directed by BFM.
• Lead planning and execution support for S&T initiatives and special studies; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams; liaise with stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and budgeting support for S&T fiscal submissions (POM).
• Provide analytical and administrative support including SOP development and audit readiness.
